Yes, our Intention, Holiday
and Element candles are made from 100% soy wax. Our Chakra candles are made
from 100% palm wax and our Zodiac line is a combination of palm wax and soy
wax. No paraffin is added to our wax, therefore no petroleum by-products.
What are the wicks made of?
All of our wicks are 100% cotton wicks.
What are the fragrances made up of?
All our fragrances are made up of premium quality (used in
the cosmetic industry) fragrance oils and most are a combination of the premium
fragrance oils along with essential oils.
What do you use for color for the candles?
Currently, there are no natural candle dyes on the market.
I currently use Pro Powders which is the purest and most concentrated form of
dye available. This is extremely concentrated and a very little amount puts
color into a large amount of candles.

How secure is my online order?
Our payment processor uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer)
encryption when transmitting personal information, such as financial
information or payment information. Any credit card information during checkout
for payment, will be SSL encrypted.
I live outside the United States, how do I place an
order?
We apologize, but MysticElementsEtc.com does not accept
international orders at this time.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Orders shipping within the state of Florida are subject to sales tax.

How quick do you ship?
Current ship time
for orders is approximately 3 business days or sooner. If we have a heavy
workload it may take longer for shipment. If you need something expedited,
please feel free to contact us and we will work to accommodate you.
Does shipping time include weekends?
Due to UPS shipping rules, weekends are not included in
the shipping estimate.
How can I check the status of my order?
Order status can be checked by logging in and clicking on “Check
my order Status”.
What shipping options are available?
We currently ship via UPS Ground, 3-Day select and Next
Day. You may select your own shipping method based on your needs. Real-time
rate quotes and shipping times are quoted during the checkout process.
What if an item is damaged?
If an item was
damaged during shipping, please contact us within 72 hours, we will gladly take
care of this issue, we want to ensure that you are pleased with your order.
